Summary. Our games are free to play, contain advertising, and offer optional in-app purchases. We do not ask for your name, email address, or phone number. We do collect a device advertising identifier and anonymous usage data so we can show ads, fix crashes, and improve our games. We never sell your personal data.
Our mobile games (each, "the Game" or "the App") are developed and published by TuttiG ("we", "us", "our"), located in Việt Nam. This Privacy Policy applies to every game we publish on Google Play.
For any privacy question or request, contact us at phiminhthien123456@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days.
We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number, precise GPS location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera data.

Important. We never receive or store your credit card number, bank details, or any payment credentials. All payments are handled entirely by Google Play. We only receive confirmation that a purchase succeeded.
We do not use your data for automated decision-making that has a legal effect on you, and we do not build profiles for purposes other than advertising and analytics as described here.
The Game includes software development kits (SDKs) from the following providers. Each one is an independent data controller for the data it receives, and each has its own privacy policy.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone. Where data is transferred to the providers above, it is transferred so they can perform advertising and analytics services, which some privacy laws classify as "sharing" for behavioural advertising purposes.
The Game shows ads supplied by Google AdMob. Depending on your region and your consent choices, these ads may be personalised (based on your interests) or non-personalised (based only on general context and coarse location).
Before any ads are loaded, the Game shows you a consent form powered by Google's User Messaging Platform, a Google-certified Consent Management Platform integrated with the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework. You choose whether to allow personalised advertising.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time: open the Game, go to Settings → Privacy Settings, and the consent form will reappear.
Opting out does not remove ads from the Game — it makes them less relevant to you.
The Game offers an optional one-time in-app purchase that removes most or all advertising. Buying it does not change what analytics and crash data we collect.
If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, we rely on the following legal bases under the General Data Protection Regulation:

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
You have the right to know what personal information is collected and shared, the right to delete it, the right to correct it, and the right to opt out of the sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not sell personal information, and we do not knowingly collect the personal information of anyone under 16 for advertising purposes.
Residents of Brazil (LGPD), Canada (PIPEDA), Vietnam (Decree 13/2023/ND-CP) and other jurisdictions with comparable laws may exercise equivalent rights.

Because we do not collect account information, we may ask you for your advertising ID or a device identifier so we can locate any data associated with your device. We will reply within 30 days and will not charge you for a reasonable request.

The Game is not directed at children under 13 years of age (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact phiminhthien123456@gmail.com and we will delete it promptly.
Parents and guardians: you can disable in-app purchases on the device via Google Play → Settings → Authentication → Require authentication for purchases, and you can set up Google Family Link for additional controls.
The third-party providers listed in Section 4 operate globally, and your data may be processed in the United States and other countries. These transfers rely on the safeguards those providers put in place, including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Data transmitted between the Game and our third-party providers is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. Game progress stored on your device is protected by Android's application sandbox. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change, and material changes will be announced in the Game's release notes on Google Play. Continuing to use the Game after an update means you accept the revised policy.

Quan trọng. Chúng tôi không bao giờ nhận hay lưu số thẻ tín dụng, thông tin ngân hàng hay bất kỳ thông tin thanh toán nào của bạn. Toàn bộ thanh toán do Google Play xử lý. Chúng tôi chỉ nhận được xác nhận rằng giao dịch đã thành công.
Game có tích hợp SDK của các nhà cung cấp sau. Mỗi nhà cung cấp là một đơn vị kiểm soát dữ liệu độc lập đối với dữ liệu họ nhận được và có chính sách bảo mật riêng.

Chúng tôi không bán thông tin cá nhân của bạn cho bất kỳ ai. Việc chuyển dữ liệu tới các nhà cung cấp trên là để họ thực hiện dịch vụ quảng cáo và phân tích — điều mà một số luật riêng tư xếp vào loại "chia sẻ" cho mục đích quảng cáo theo hành vi.
Game hiển thị quảng cáo do Google AdMob cung cấp. Tuỳ khu vực và tuỳ lựa chọn đồng ý của bạn, quảng cáo có thể là cá nhân hoá (dựa trên sở thích của bạn) hoặc không cá nhân hoá (chỉ dựa trên ngữ cảnh chung và vị trí thô).
Trước khi tải bất kỳ quảng cáo nào, Game sẽ hiển thị biểu mẫu đồng ý (consent form) do Google User Messaging Platform cung cấp — đây là một Consent Management Platform được Google chứng nhận và tích hợp IAB Transparency and Consent Framework. Bạn tự chọn có cho phép quảng cáo cá nhân hoá hay không.
Bạn có thể thay đổi hoặc thu hồi lựa chọn bất cứ lúc nào: mở Game, vào Settings → Privacy Settings, biểu mẫu sẽ hiện lại.
Việc từ chối cá nhân hoá không làm mất quảng cáo trong Game — chỉ làm quảng cáo ít liên quan tới bạn hơn.
Game có một gói mua một lần không bắt buộc để loại bỏ phần lớn hoặc toàn bộ quảng cáo. Việc mua gói này không thay đổi dữ liệu phân tích và dữ liệu sự cố mà chúng tôi thu thập.
Nếu bạn ở EEA, Anh hoặc Thuỵ Sĩ, chúng tôi dựa trên các cơ sở pháp lý sau theo Quy định chung về bảo vệ dữ liệu:

Bạn có quyền truy cập, sửa, xoá, hạn chế hoặc phản đối việc xử lý dữ liệu cá nhân, quyền chuyển dữ liệu và quyền thu hồi sự đồng ý bất cứ lúc nào. Bạn cũng có quyền khiếu nại với cơ quan bảo vệ dữ liệu tại địa phương.
Bạn có quyền được biết thông tin cá nhân nào được thu thập và chia sẻ, quyền yêu cầu xoá, quyền yêu cầu sửa, và quyền từ chối việc chia sẻ thông tin cá nhân cho quảng cáo theo hành vi liên ngữ cảnh. Chúng tôi không bán thông tin cá nhân và không cố ý thu thập thông tin cá nhân của người dưới 16 tuổi cho mục đích quảng cáo.
Cư dân Việt Nam (Nghị định 13/2023/NĐ-CP về bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân), Brazil (LGPD), Canada (PIPEDA) và các quốc gia có luật tương đương đều có thể thực hiện các quyền tương ứng.

Dành cho phụ huynh: bạn có thể tắt mua hàng trong ứng dụng qua Google Play → Cài đặt → Xác thực → Yêu cầu xác thực khi mua hàng, và dùng Google Family Link để kiểm soát thêm.
Các nhà cung cấp bên thứ ba ở Mục 4 hoạt động toàn cầu, dữ liệu của bạn có thể được xử lý tại Hoa Kỳ và các nước khác. Việc chuyển dữ liệu này dựa trên các biện pháp bảo đảm mà những nhà cung cấp đó áp dụng, bao gồm Điều khoản hợp đồng tiêu chuẩn của Uỷ ban Châu Âu và, nếu áp dụng, Khung Quyền riêng tư Dữ liệu EU–Hoa Kỳ.
Dữ liệu truyền giữa Game và các nhà cung cấp bên thứ ba được mã hoá khi truyền bằng HTTPS/TLS. Tiến độ game lưu trên thiết bị được bảo vệ bởi cơ chế sandbox ứng dụng của Android. Không có phương thức truyền hay lưu trữ nào an toàn tuyệt đối, và chúng tôi không thể đảm bảo an toàn hoàn toàn.
Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật Chính sách bảo mật này. Ngày "Cập nhật lần cuối" ở đầu trang sẽ thay đổi và những thay đổi quan trọng sẽ được thông báo trong phần release notes của game trên Google Play. Việc tiếp tục sử dụng Game sau khi cập nhật nghĩa là bạn chấp nhận chính sách mới.
